My name is Chelsea Dunlap and I am the COO and Business Manager for the Global Industrials, Municipal Finance and Private Capital Advisory Investment Banking teams at Jefferies. I am heavily involved in the daily operations and build out of these three teams, including responsibilities across Operations, Finance and HR. Prior to my role as COO, I was a banker on the Healthcare Investment Banking team for four years, also at Jefferies. I graduated with a B.A. in History from Yale University, where I was also the captain of the Women’s Swimming and Diving team. I enjoy working with bankers on their professional development.
